RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Made for More Ministries. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a free replacement at no cost to you.

  • Timeframe: You must report defects within 30 days of delivery
  • Requirements: Contact us via email with a clear photo showing the defect and your proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Process: Once verified, we will arrange a free reprint of the defective item through our production partner
  • Timeline: Reprints follow standard production times (typically 7-14 business days)

WRONG SIZE OR EXCHANGE REQUESTS

We understand that sizing can be tricky. If you need a different size or would like to exchange your item:

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Requirements: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Process:
    1. Contact us via email to request an exchange or refund
    2. You are responsible for return shipping costs to send the item back to us
    3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you may choose either:
      • Store credit for the full purchase amount to reorder a different size/item, OR
      • Full refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping costs)
    4. Refunds or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

CHANGED MIND / DON'T LIKE THE ITEM

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, all sales are final if you simply change your mind or don't like the design. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All digital downloads and service packages are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us directly via email and we will work to resolve the issue.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR REPORT AN ISSUE
